Having your program designed by a personal trainer is beneficial for many reasons. One being you are more likely to begin and complete your workout to your full potential, because you made an appointment and you are accountable to someone for that time! Posture, positioning and proper lifting technique are also a few important points I focus on. It is much easier to prevent an injury then repair one!
